To maintain Maha Partners & Co successful recovery performance, we have designed and set up our recovery teams. We have found concerted and focused recovery actions that produce best results for our clients while allowing the recovery personnel to maximize their recovery level. We divide the recovery teams into 2 teams:

RECOVERY OFFICERS
Maha Partners recovery officers are well trained in the art of communication and persuasion, and at the same time being tactful. They will attempt to make contact with the respective debtors within 48 hours after receiving the files. As the initial contact creates the strongest impression, they must take professional approach making sure not to alienate the debtors. They are well trained to employ persuasion or conciliation rather than an adversarial process.

FIELD OFFICER
Maha Partners field officer will perform visits to the debtor’s residence or office. This is one of the collective efforts of Maha Partners & Co policy on collection. We will do visitation when all the contact thru telecommunication has failed or where there is a good chance of collection through a little more direct persistence the files will be reassigned to our Field Officers. The Field Officers are assigned to any respective area where each of them is familiar in their own area; hence the debtor will be easily located. Site visitations have been proven to be a very effective method of collection, as the avoiding debtor knows that he has been located and the effect of the seriousness in paying his debts sets in.

Our recovery personnel are carefully screened and vetted thoroughly before they are officially recruited into the organization. All potential staff must possess the right mind-set and attitude plus capable of dealing and communicate with customers. Maha Partners does not employ anyone on a freelance or part time basis as this method does not fit into our policies of employment. All recovery staff is remunerated with a basic salary plus a lucrative commission scheme.

We recognize the need to manage, supervise and train each and every staff comprehensively. We appoint managers and supervisors for each of our recovery department. Their part is to manage the smooth operations of their respective departments and aggressively attempt to achieve and exceed their monthly target.

Nevertheless, to produce optimum results, a dedicated recovery team is set up to service each client, allowing recovery personnel to concentrate on one specifics area, and thus gain outstanding results.
